3.1 7-Day Un-deployed Inspection Window
If an un-deployed hybrid inverter unit, online UPS cabinet, or premium battery connection accessory arrives with a verified manufacturing defect (such as broken chassis relays, loose internal soldering nodes, or dead digital screen sectors), displays transit damage, or deviates from your ordered technical model dimensions, you may request a fresh exchange or credit replacement within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for an energy unit verification claim, the items must be entirely unused, uninstalled, free of cable clamp terminal marks or scratching, and stored inside their original pristine retail packaging with all factory user documentation, external terminal bolts, and safety engineering seals entirely untampered.
3.2 Operational Installation & Custom Wiring Exclusions
To maintain absolute electrical safety, high-current stability, and pristine physical purity across our premium power infrastructure network, any smart inverter, UPS, or storage block that has been bolted to an active breaker panel, introduced to live utility input, or integrated into a custom solar racking system cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Furthermore, custom terminal crimping tracks or high-volume wholesale commercial business volume configurations are strictly excluded from standard returns.
3.3 Quality Verification & Financial Replenishment
Once your heavy power cargo or logistics shipment is safely received back at our central technical distribution hub, it undergoes a rigorous diagnostic load test, waveform output analysis via oscilloscope, and physical circuit insulation audit to confirm its original physical integrity. Approved claims are processed as immediate store wallet credits or direct financial replacements within 7-10 business days. Return logistics and secure heavy-freight courier arrangements for verified warehouse errors or shipment discrepancies will be fully managed and covered by Ampvolt.
